【年末年始休暇について】

【新型コロナウィルス等感染症に関する当院からのお願い】
発熱やせき・息切れ、強いだるさ（倦怠感）、味覚障害等などの症状がある方は受診の前に必ずお電話にてお問い合わせください。
大変申し訳ありませんが、症状によっては受診をお断りさせていただく場合もございます。
また、当院ではアルコール消毒、定期的な換気など感染予防に取り組んでおりますが、受診される患者様にも入り口にて手指の消毒・マスク着用を心がけていただくようお願い申し上げます。
うつらない、うつさないために皆様ご協力お願いいたします。
【COVID-19 Patient Information】
The safety and well-being of our patients are our highest priority.
If you have symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, dysosmia, dysgeusia, or any other cold or flu-like symptoms, please call us before visiting our clinic.
To prevent infection, we are disinfecting and cleaning our clinic multiple times per day, but we also would appreciate it if you could wear masks and sanitize your hands at the entrance.
